چکیده
Abstract Cold Metal Transfer (CMT) welding was used to join SS304L plates using SS308L MIG wire. The effects of current, the distance between nozzle and tip, speed on strength, hardness surface roughness welded zone in CMT process response methodology were investigated present study. outcomes show that current is having a significant effect outputs. Also, interacting with weld showing its mark output variables like tensile roughness. Finally, optimal results are found experimental values coincidence predicted values.

Integrating the Taguchi Method and Response Surface Methodology for Process Parameter Optimization of the Injection Molding
The outer coating of an optical fiber cable protects the optical fiber, and the contraction rate of the outer coating can affect the communication capacity and distance, so the contraction rate is often regarded as the key factor in defining the quality of an optical fiber cable. For this reason, using the example of the circular single-pin optical fiber cable manufacturing process of the large...
متن کاملFriction Stir Welding Process Optimization: Experimental Methods
Introduction The Friction Stir Welding (FSW) process is an innovative technique to join metals in the plasticity field, thus not reaching the melting temperature and consequently the liquid state as it happen in traditional welding processes. This feature of the FSW proved an enhancement of the fatigue behaviour and strength of the joints, leading some companies to adopt the process for the man...
متن کاملOptimization of Moving Wingin Ground Effect using Response Surface Method
Optimization of the sectional wing in ground effect (WIG) has been studied using ahigh order numerical procedure and response surface method (RSM). Initially, the effects of the ground clearance, angle of attack, thickness, and camber of wing have been investigated by a high-resolutionscheme, which is highlystrong and accurate. In the numerical simulation, Normalized Variable Diagram (NVD) sche...
متن کاملRoasting Process Optimization of Walnut Kernels for the Preparation of Walnut Cream Using Response Surface Methodology
Roasting has considerable effects on the quality of cream made of nuts. In this study, the roasting conditions of walnut kernels were optimized based on the stability parameters of the produced cream. Temperatures of 100-150°C for 10-30 minutes were used to roast walnut kernels. The amount of oil separation, peroxide, acidity and Thiobarbituric acid values of the cream, as well as color paramet...
